About Us: The “Empowering Changemakers for Children” Career Expo is organized by the Workforce Action Team of the Southern Illinois Coalition for Children and Families with support from Birth to Five Illinois. The Workforce Action Team is a group of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children by connecting passionate individuals with career opportunities in early childhood education.
