The overall goal of this team is to better connect families to resources. One of the ways they do that is to provide networking opportunities, support, and tools to professionals working in the region whose job it is to support families. In addition, the team’s work plan includes other strategies designed to connect families with resources, as well as conduct a regional comprehensive family needs assessment every 3 years.

This Action Team meets every other month during the school year via zoom. They begin their meeting with a community of best practices discussion. This is followed by the Action Team meeting.
