This Action Team meets every other month during the school year via zoom. They begin their meeting with a community of best practices discussion. This is followed by the Action Team meeting.
Collaborative members:
 -Review yearly data and give input and guidance on how to increase screening rates to help fill in services 
-codesign tools . identify resources to support screening in programs and in the community 
– collectively promote screening and  community Child Find efforts
